Rectors Reflections May 2005

First, dear brothers and sisters in Christ at St. John’s, thank your from the bottom of my heart for all the preparation, work, participation, love, and contributions that went into the Institution on April 10. I am humbled and deeply moved by the community response and the great love and hospitality that was present.
 
Second, more than a year ago, I submitted an article to Guideposts Magazine for publication. It was a little vignette of a story that reveals something of the wondrous mystery of God and perhaps the communion of saints. I was most thrilled when the editors selected the story and chose to print it in the April 2005 issure. It is reprinted here for everyone to read.
